3. Learn the customer demand and drive continuously improvement fulfill customer expectation. 理解客户的需求并主导持续改善，满足客户的期望。

4. Drive continuously improvement in cost and quality area to maximize the profit.在成本及质量方面主导持续改善，以取得利润***化。

Qualification/任职要求:

1. College degree or equivalent 大专以上学历

2. 5+ years experiences in printing area. 5年以上的丝网或柔版印刷工程经验，有标签行业经验优先。

3. Strong understanding of problem analysis and problem solving method. 很强的问题分析及解决能力。

4. Good communication ability in Chinese and English good is perfect.很好的沟通能力，有好的英语基础更好。

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.精通Office 软件。
